About the role

We're looking for someone to grow and run a business area at BrighterBox: recruiting high quality grads into PR & Comms businesses and helping these companies diversify who they interview.

We need someone bright and ambitious who aspires to run their own thing one day - organised, can write well, can create a compelling vision so that companies see it as a no-brainer, happy to get on the phone/Zoom and speak to people, equally happy to do some of the grunt work to help get things off the ground.

What you’re good at

• Breaking the ice - you write really engaging messaging which can open doors (great at crafting smart emails to potential new business leads but also to starting meaningful conversations on Linkedin that encourage engagement)
• You have some presentation and design capabilities – you can tell stories in powerpoint/Canva, put together great case studies and create pitch decks.
• You have your fingers on the pulse when it comes to Gen Z and employment trends.
• You’re ready to hustle. If you’re excited by what we’re doing at BrighterBox then that should come easily!
• You're not afraid of hard work (if this was gonna be easy then everyone would do it!)
• Finding quick ways of doing things, challenging the norm, ready to share ideas and help shape the business.
